Happy Vibes Yoga is a licensed mainland wellness company in Dubai, offering customized after-school programs, corporate yoga, retreats, and innovative events such as 108 Sun Salutations, Yoga on a Yacht, 21 Days of Yoga, and other mindfulness experiences designed to cultivate a healthy body and mind.Founded by Smita, a Yoga Alliance–certified instructor with over 7 years of international teaching experience, Happy Vibes Yoga brings a global and culturally inclusive approach to wellness.Each session thoughtfully blends movement, breathwork, and deep relaxation, leaving participants feeling energized, balanced, and deeply connected in both body and mind.

Smita, is a very hard working, dedicated and innovative yoga teacher! Her passion towards yoga instruction radiates through her sessions sequences. My kids ages 9 and 6 thoroughly enjoy her ‘Kids Yoga’ series. They are almost at the end of second session and looking forward to third. There is never a dull moment and they look forward to their classes every week. ‘ Sleep Yoga’ is another series I can’t rave enough about. Smita has an amazing talent for guiding oneself through different relaxation techniques. Her soothing voice during the sessions literally makes you feel light and worry free! Me and my family also enjoy the benefits of her Sunday morning ‘Sun Salutations’. Smita is an awesome yoga instructor She is extremely proficient in yoga herself and teaches her students step by step keeping her students individual needs in mind. Her instructions are very clear ,step by step , from starting the yoga posture to holding the aasana to releasing the pose. She encourages her students to do their best , always keeping their safety in mind . Along with each aasana / pose she shares her knowledge about the benefits of each aasana . For someone like me , who hadn’t done any kind of exercise in ages , she has constantly encouraged me to better myself . I recommend one and all to join Smita and reap the benefits of her talent and knowledge .
